  2. Yes as E-learning help to adapt to individual needs which are supported everywhere, as it’s fair and cost-effective, and time-efficient. E-learning requires self-motivation and time management skills to effectively share answers without exams and I see the only disadvantage of it as there won’t be any teacher/Lecturer to guard what you are doing exactly special on exams.
